Prices quoted on our web store are Euros (EUR). If none of these apply to your country, your bank or credit card company will convert the amount to your local currency. Visit www.xe.com to find out your order total in your local currency.
We use a secure server to ensure your payment details remain safe. Ordering online is the quickest most efficient way to order from us.
The data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

You may exchange Boxer Union online gift cards to the value indicated for items listed on our website. Gift cards expire one year from date of purchase.
Free european delivery is available for all orders over 50€.
Standard spanish (except Ceuta y Melilla) shipment cost is 6€. 2 days for delivery.
Standard european shipment cost is 10€. 5-7 days for delivery.
Standard America shipment cost is 24€. 14 days for delivery.
Rest of the World:
Standard worldwide shipping cost is 35€. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
We cannot accept responsibility for packages which get held up by customs offices.
Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Customers ordering from Brazil and Mexico should allow up to 30 days for delivery.
Unfortunately we don’t ship orders to the following countries: Belarus, Congo, Cote D’Ivoire, Cuba, Egypt, Eritrea, Guinea, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, Somalia, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tunisia and Zimbabwe.
All orders are shipped first-class by way of the DHL, TNT and FedEx. A tracking number will be provided via email once an item has shipped.
All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. During the holidays and Sundays, our order processing time may increase.
Unfortunately if you do not live in an European Economic Community (EEC) country you will be responsible for any custom charges imposed in your country. We cannot predict what these might be so you may be better contacting your local customs office to find out more.
All of our orders are processed automatically from our website and we do not have the facility to send out separate orders together unfortunately.
